Zesty dried red cherry fruit with a light note of raspberry, dried rosemary, and peppercorn, along with a light drid floral aspect. Very fresh and zesty on the palate, bit of a yeasty profile still present, but a good deal of life. As to how long it will stay like this remains to be seen....
