Spice red and dark cherry notes, lightly toasted, with a bit of caramel and ginger spice along with toasted peppercorns and a light dollop of curd red fruits at the base. Nicely balanced on the palate and handles the width of vintage well, giving a broad fruit profile, but comes up a touch short in the finish....
