Very crisp dark fruit of cherry and plum along with some dried raspberry at the edges, toasted red peppercorn and herbal spice, giving a lifted profile overall. Clean, zesty and very crisp on the palate and despite falling out in the middle a little bit, still very savory and pleasing....
