Big, ripe blackberry, boysenberry, fresh laurel and some olive tapenade, bug swaths of vanilla and heavier toasted notes. Chewy on the palate with heavier, more old fashioned profile and lighter in acidity but still holding a lot of frontal width. Tasted on island of Hvar with meal....
