Dried red cherry and wild strawberry, runs a bit reductive initially, fresh mint and anise, with a touch of fennel as well, light earthy notes developing. Chewy, fleshy, great deal of balance to the wine and showing a great deal of restraint, some minor green notes at the edges but overall very fleshy and fine, with room to develop....
