Dried red strawberry, raspberry, notes of fresh green tea leaf, thyme, light orange and apple blossom, and a light note of toasted almond. Fresh and muscular on the palate with a good deal of grip and light structure giving way to crisp acidity. Definitely a different rosé than what some may be used to but singular in its style....
