Crisp yellow apple with a good scratch of rosemary and light beeswax as well as honeyed notes on top of some some nutty tones, as well as underlying yellow cherry and orchard fruit. Crisp and zesty with a good deal of lemon pith, fresh but running a bit tight and in need of more time....
