Ripe lemon citrus notes and orange blossoms, chalky with crushed stone and thyme. On the palate, much more ripe orchard fruit, sweeter texture of blood orange and savory ripe tomato, but empty in the mid palate with slight bitterness but of lime peel and a great deal of acidity in the finish. Sees eight months aging in 500l barrels....
