Green apple and light lemon peel notes with a rather strong grassy, herbal edge to it, light toasted notes underneath with a good splash of oolong and the lightest of exotic fruits. Quite a wealth of tense, vibrant acidity underneath it which is surprising given the vintage, but lends a lengthy finish to really exciting wine....
