Very powdery dark fruits, plum, soft floral notes with a bit of apple peel, bone marrow meatiness and savory elements, dried herbal notes, thyme and rosemary, crunchy mineral notes. Fleshy and very flavorful on the palate, good dark fruit profile and tannins leading to being a bit forward at the moment but still quite savory and tasty....
