Light peach tint to it. Dried lemon peel, apricot, light touch of smokiness and general tertiary notes. Quite high acidity on the palate with a good deal of lemon citrus tartness to it, decent length but falls out a bit in the finish. Really strung out, dried fruits as well. Using no sulfites on this. Very yeasty and unfinished tasting....
