Dried red cherry with a light bit of nutmeg and cumin notes, boysenberry leaf along with a hit of dried fig and chalky mineral aspects. Very crisp and delicate on the palate, drops out a touch in the middle, but still manages to keep a linear, threaded finesse through to the finish....
