Green apple with dried lemon peel, thyme, garrigue, pinch of reductive notes initially, orange blossom, sea salt, and a base of lemon drops. Very nice balance on the palate, crisp, delicate nature to the wine overall with a filigree acidity to it and a long, savory finish on top of it....
