Very crisp dried strawberries, raspberries, forest berries in general, dried sage and fennel, green herbs, wildflowers. Very delicate and crisp on the palate but with a great wealth of tannins that are a touch squirrelly at the moment and still fleshing out although there's the acidity to back it up....
