Brined lemon, yellow apple, blood orange, dried yellow field blossoms, light nutty aspect, white stone and a touch of vanilla as well as cracked peppercorns. Savory on the palate with a great deal of width to it, light tannic grip that matches the balanced acidity. Still tight and marked by he vintage but will open up in due course....
