Yellow apple and cherry with a fresh hit of yellow field blossoms as well, light reductive notes give a peppery kick to it that sits on top of some pleasing chalky mineral notes. Light on the palate at the moment, still a touch closed in overall profile but holding really excellent balance and aging potential....
