Bursting mix of dark and red cherry, definite jammy aspect to it, big, sweet notes of licorice, cooked fruit, and a buttery aspect. Blocky on the palate and lacking a good deal of width. Heat comes up quite prevalent on the palate and leads to a shorter finish, albeit one full of quite big tannins still....
