Yellow peach, dried raspberry, toasted notes, fennel, basil, green herb underpinning, cured lemon peel. Sweet citric note on the palate with an orange marmalade aspect, very vibrant acidity and lengthy finish. Very interesting (the only?) take on making a white wine from red Carignan....
