Weightier fruit, dark cherry and a bit of fresh blackberry, sage, light touch of reduction at the base, with some smoky, toasted notes. Weighty, chewy fruit with a wealth of tannins, bit more red fruits coming through and with some astringency on the palate. Should see at least another year of aging....
