Light lemon color to it with minor luminosity. Bitter melon, white pear, parsnip, dried lemon peel, thyme, grated lime peel. Lots of green apple on the palate, medium plus and nearly high acidity with a bit of a curious prickle. Finish a touch short but rather similar to a light Loire Chenin Blanc from stainless steel....
