Medium ruby, minor crest. Rich, candied red fruits, ripe red cherry and raspberry, touch of mintyness, good backbone of mineral notes, and a bed of wild sage and fennel with buttery orange peel coming out with air. Light and crisp red fruits on the palate. Good persistence and density but falling off a bit in the finish....
