White pear with candied orange peel, briney lemon, thyme, and a base of chalky mineral notes with some lovely tertiary notes of truffle and earthy woodiness developing. Rich and buttery on the palate, with a good deal of fruit still pushing the wine along as the delicate acidity takes over....
