Lemon peel and yellow fruited overall, touch of reductive notes initially, gives way to a touch of tropical fruit notes, minor papaya, fresh caramel. Yellow fruited on the palate with some light ginger spice that comes into play in the finish. Very fresh, creamy, quite exotic in terms of profile and a lot going on here....
