Yellow apple, light lemon citric notes, soft touches of yellow peach as well and a light bit of white pepper on top of the toasted notes with a touch of vanilla at the base. Fresh and lively on the palate but with plenty of weight to it, but this finish that just drifts away perfectly with notes of quince....
