Dried lemon peel with yellow apple, light caramel notes and chamomile, orange blossom, and a lilting floral note overall. Excellent, rich structure on the palate, more dried yellow apple and a lengthy finish with very balanced acidity. Easily the best vintage of this wine I've ever tasted....
