Sweet, dried lime peel, sandalwood, dried straw, white pear, crumbly chalk. Softer on the palate, falls out a bit in the mid-palate as well as the finish, still holds a wealth of lime notes throughout. First wine and year to be made using their own 'must' in place of sugar for secondary fermentation....
