Very light tertiary notes of dried lemon peel and a touch of coffee, bitter chocolate, burnt almonds and toffee along with beached sea salt. Lovely full width on the palate, bountiful acidity and length with fresh lemon peel and a complex interplay of the aging notes. Goes up an down in terms of intensity as it opens....
