Cured lemon and dried yellow apple, toasted notes, light hazelnut quality, honeycomb and dried orange peel with a bit of chamomile notes on top. More dried citrus peel on the palate, and a heavier dose of stony mineral notes which betrays a somewhat short finish but the wine is still developing and will shine with a bit of tertiary aspects to it....
