Light white peach and apricot along with some grapey notes, fresh white flowers, and fruit blossoms, expressed orange peel, and sweet white pepper. Very crisp and zesty on the palate, light kick of the alcohol, but quite balanced overall, fresh, and clean with a lingering finish....
