Puree of red, dark cherries, and underlying dried strawberry, light wet slate mineral notes, hazelnut, and this caramelized note from the alcohol at the edges. Very grippy and savory on the palate with a lot of tannins still at the forefront but also with a wonderful wealth of wine behind it just waiting to come out in due time....
