Red cherry and pomegranate compote with light candied figs, anise, and licorice syrup, slightest bit of strawberry at the base with a fresh green herb touch. Luscious and full on the palate, lovely balance of red fruit, acidity and sweetness, just starting to develop minor tertiary notes but so much more to come....
