Dried red cherry and raspberry, good deal of garrigue and Mediterranean scrub to it, thyme, fresh herbs, anise and a bit of peppery jicama. Fresh and crisp on the palate, good primary fruit definition with a brisk acidity at the base, and very refreshing to drink now....
