Initially hotter red fruits of strawberry and pomegranate that give was to a bit of rhubarb, dark cherry, sweet black pepper, allspice, and a bit of baked fig. Quite fresh and juicy on the palate, the notes from the nose easily give way to fresher, more bursting profile and a medium finish. Very pleasing as an all around take on the grape....
