Young red cherry with a fleck of green plum, chopped parsnip, leafy sage, currant, red licorice and peppercorns. Very red-fruited and clean on the palate, lacking a touch of structure in the mid-palate but super juicy and poundable in a clean take on natural wine that still leaves a bit up to chance.
