Cured yellow pear and light yellow peach notes, rosemary and fresh coastal spices, with a light touch of underlying wet earth and orange marmalade. Full on the palate with a very creamy, elegant mousse, acidity and texture drops out a little bit in the mid palate and into the finish however....
