Delicate dried raspberry and strawberry, red apple skin and lemon peel, very light vanilla and toasted notes, red licorice, dried herbs and a light floral note. Very delicate on the palate as well with the dried red fruit notes really dancing around along with bountiful acidity. Still very packed in and needing more time but very tasty....
