Yellow apple peel, grapefruit, dried apricots, ginger, chamomile, white pepper, light touch of chili spice, blood orange. Excellent width and grip on the palate, the touch tannins from the brisat aging give it more volume than a regular white but holds a vibrant acidity into the finish although still rather closed at the moment....
