Very light yellow apple with a hint of white pear and dried apricot, green tea leave, and a good deal of toasted peppercorn, on top of light barrel spice. Chewy and fresh on the palate, holds good width without sacrificing length, acidity a touch unbridled in the finish, but otherwise fresh with potential to evolve....
