Red and dark fruit with a good deal of blueberry notes at the base, expressed orange peel, touch of ginger, rather exotic spices, sage and well integrated toasted notes. Nicely fleshed out on the palate and while the tannins could use more time to integrate, there's a lot of good wine here that will evolve well....
