Cured dark fruit, rich dark cherry notes as well as some spiced fig, red and black peppercorns, and a very light touch of leafy green herbs. Absolutely delicious on the palate with balanced savory notes alongside the acidity and while a touch sweet in profile, carries a length finish. Overall quite well integrated and nearly optimal for drinking....
