Yellow apple, grated lemon peel, great deal of tasted notes from the barrel, gravely mineral notes, sage, and minor dried herbal aspects, but quite light. Zesty and quite crisp on the palate, bit of orange marmelade as well with a zesty lemon peel in the finish....
