Red cherry with a very light note of red plum, finely-ground black pepper, very light vanilla notes, and overall quite delicate. Rich and broad on the palate, point of rusticity to it, but gives a quite fine life and length to the wine that sets it apart. Made with the Sérine clone of Syrah....
