Red fruit driven, cured red cherries, raspberry, molasses, cured orange peel, sweet baking spices, vanilla, light dried apple blossoms. Very peppy on the palate, acidity sticks out a touch much, tannins quite fine and integrated, but still shows a bit volatile with a shorter finish....
