White pear with a good streak of oxidative green almond notes, almond blossoms and a good deal of wet mineral stony notes. Meaty and unctuous on the palate, dried fruit leather aspect, bit of peppery notes that come into the finish. Something of a Sherry orientation to it but not quite pointing any one way just yet....
