Delicate forest fruits, raspberry, red plum, cumin, coriander, light touch of sage, wild and woodsy, campfire, light touch of cocoa, violet floral notes. Crisp, chewy red fruit with a good burst of juiciness and chalky mineral notes, nice, buoyant acidity and a lengthy finish. Not overtly complex but a wondrous joy to drink....
