Very light dried strawberry, red forest fruits with a scratch of lemon peel on the top, very light tertiary development with a bit of nutty notes and brioche coming on. Very frothy and full on the palate, lees character comes through more, crisp and structured with a fine, soft mousse wrapping around it. Quite engaging and fresh....
