mature set of red and dark fruits that lean towards cherry and raspberry, light herbal notes of thyme and fennel, bit of toasted anise seed and peppercorn that somehow chops the aromatic depth off a bit. Very red fruited on the palate, chewy, zippy and fresh but overall a bit simplistic in terms of depth....
