Crisp red cherry and plum, light notes of fresh peppercorn, thyme, bit of laurel, and dried lemon peel. Fresh on the palate but still showing a bit tight and stemmy at the moment albeit with a crisp, fresh finish that will show more if the wine can flesh out further....
