No skin contact, just direct press with a color more like Pinot. Heavily reduced upon opening. After a touch of time, red cherry notes come out with a small dusting of herbal properties and light orange peel. Quite pleasing and balanced on the palate with a good brace of acidity but a sharp finish. Grapes from Kakheti....
