Big initial burst of fruit bouquet, more red fruit dominant with raspberry and dried red cherry, fennel and rosemary with a good deal of crisp underpinnings. Crisp and lightly tart on the palate but very balanced with a good degree of acidity and chewy length to it. Very different take on Plavac, leading in a fresher, crisper direction....
